2025年9月30日，墨西哥经济部发布公告称，应墨西哥生产商Membranas Plásticas Internacionales, S.A. de C.V.申请，对原产于中国的聚氯乙烯涂塑布（西班牙语：lonas de PVC con refuerzo textil）启动反倾销调查。本案倾销调查期为2024年1月1日～2024年12月31日，损害调查期为2022年1月1日～2024年12月31日。涉案产品为每平方米重量大于440克且不超过1500克的聚氯乙烯涂塑布，涉及TIGIE税号3921.12.01、3921.90.99和3926.90.99项下的产品。公告自发布次日起生效。
