财联社11月9日电，据中国电力报消息，记者从国家能源局获悉，随着四川、重庆、青海三地电力现货市场日前转入连续结算试运行，我国省级电力现货市场已实现基本全覆盖，成为全国统一电力市场初步建成的重要标志性成果之一。自此，我国电力生产组织方式由计划全面转向市场。
