齐鲁网·闪电新闻9月23日讯 在德州，异地生娃不再跑腿、不用垫钱，出院时直接刷医保卡报销！截至2025年8月，德州市已实现生育保险省内异地直接结算县域全覆盖，异地就医报销不再两地奔波，只需持医保卡，就能在出院时完成报销。
