智通财经APP获悉，香港破产管理署公布，今年8月共接获768份个人破产呈请书，较7月减少11.6%，按年减少0.25%。同月法院发出接管令、破产令增至786宗，按月增逾8%，按年升13%。
8月份，强制公司清盘呈请录73宗，按月减少5.1%，按年增加30.3%。而法院发出清盘令则47宗，按月升近12%，按年跌7.8%。
