格隆汇9月12日｜韩国政府今日公布“惠民消费券第二轮发放计划”，介绍发放细节。根据计划，韩国政府将从9月22日起面向90%的国民发放优惠消费券，每人可领取10万韩元（约合人民币512元）。按照去年财产税征税标准，财产总额超过12亿韩元，或金融收益总额超过2000万韩元的高收入人群不在发放对象之列。
