据了解，在投资者热情高涨的背景下，Legence公司成为众多寻求上市的公司中的一员。该公司出售了2,600万股股票，定价28美元，在每股25至29美元的市场范围内。
另据过往信息，Blackstone于2020年从私募股权投资公司Gemspring Capital收购了Legence，彼时名为Therma Holdings。
