9月3日，克明食品（002661）发布公告，控股股东湖南克明食品集团有限公司所持公司股份已全部解除冻结。
本次解除冻结股份数量为437万股，占其所持股份的10.04%及公司总股本的1.31%。本次控股股东股份解除冻结系涉诉案件经湖南省高级人民法院作出再审判决，撤销该系列纠纷一审、二审判决，无需支付股权转让款及违约金。
2025年中期，克明食品实现收入21.38亿元，归母净利润1.00亿元。
