8月23日，在济南市槐荫区腊山河东路，烈日炎炎下的图书馆成为不少学子的免费自习室。自进入暑期以来，济南市图书馆每天早上开馆之前，排队抢座的队伍就已绕馆一周。据工作人员介绍，有市民早上不到7点就来排队，开馆之后再来根本抢不到座位。
