北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 实习记者 周义力）8月13日，国家金融监督管理总局海南监管局发布《关于武汉农村商业银行股份有限公司收购控股海南屯昌长江村镇银行股份有限公司的批复》，同意武汉农村商业银行收购陈皓持有的海南屯昌长江村镇银行340万股股份。收购完成后，武汉农村商业银行合计持有海南屯昌长江村镇银行3640万股股份，持股比例为91%。
