据悉，《纽约时报》与亚马逊签署多年许可协议，每年获得2000万至2500万美元收入，相当于其2024年总收入的近1%。根据协议，亚马逊将获得《纽约时报》及其烹饪频道和体育网站The Athletic的编辑内容授权，用于AI应用，包括在语音助手Alexa中展示内容摘要和训练AI模型。此次合作是《纽约时报》首次将内容授权给科技巨头，此前曾因版权问题起诉OpenAI和微软。
