最近，金山一个废弃农用大棚上平台拍卖，10个老板竟抢了69轮，最后被一个合作社老板以溢价30%、近百万元的价格竞得。上海是全国最早建立农村产权交易平台的地区之一。随着上海农交所打造“农村产权流转交易一张网”，从一间厂房，到一粒种子，甚至一亩地的承包经营权，都能面向“大市场”寻找资源。
