7月28日消息，房产中介公司仲量联行在官网发布信息显示，该公司获独家代理，公开招标出售八处连麦当劳长期租约的香港零售物业，涉及尖沙咀和铜锣湾等区域。
仲量联行表示，此次出售仅涉及物业本身。现有租户（经营麦当劳餐厅并占用该物业）的业务不包含在出售范围内，并将根据现有租赁协议作为长期租户继续营业。
