记者从北京市交通委员会了解到，截至16点，受降雨影响，顺义区平沿路河南村路段局部路面积水，现场采取双向封闭措施。怀柔区范崎路黄石碴村、国道G111京漠线进京方向怀柔段安州坝1号桥北侧桥头局部路段封闭。
