哨路村位于重庆市巫山县曲尺乡北部，面积28.62平方公里，辖9个村民小组，户籍人口1499人。近年来，该村以“康养+度假+旅游”为核心业态，依托独特的气候条件（平均海拔1350米，夏季均温 23℃）、90%森林覆盖率的生态资源以及高山避暑养生业态，打造乡村振兴示范样板。先后荣获“重庆市巴渝和美乡村”、“巫山县乡村旅游示范村”等荣誉称号。
