格隆汇7月11日｜据北京日报，今年北京市首批保障性住房建设筹集计划出炉。从北京市住建委获悉，年内北京计划开工34个保障房项目，涉及房源超5.1万套；将有41个保障房项目竣工，涉及房源超5.6万套。据悉，今年第二批保障房筹集计划正在编制中，将重点对青年人才集聚区域增加“一间房”和“一张床”产品供应，并及时把已批准的城中村改造中的保障房建设项目依程序纳入计划。
