6月27日，上交所发布关于上海凌云实业发展股份有限公司股票摘牌的公告。
上海凌云实业发展股份有限公司发行的股票（证券简称为“*ST凌云B”，证券代码为“900957”） 因连续20个交易日的每日股票收盘价均低于1元，根据《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》9.2.1条第（二）项规定，经上交所上市委员会审核，上交所决定自2025年6月27日起终止其股票在上交所上市交易。
