6月25日消息，从河南金融监管局公布的行政处罚信息公开表中获悉，中银保险有限公司河南分公司因未严格依照规定使用经批准或备案的保险费率，被处以20万元罚款。与此同时，时任该公司副总经理的田鑫，也因同样违反保险费率使用规定，受到监管部门警告，并被处以4万元罚款。
