人民财讯6月25日电，中达安(300635)6月25日晚间公告，公司拟以向特定对象发行股票的方式向厦门建熙兴成科技合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“厦门建熙”）发行不超过4204.02万股股票，募集资金总额预计不超过3.66亿元，拟全部用于补充流动资金及偿还债务。本次发行后，公司控股股东由历控帝森变更为厦门建熙，实控人由济南市历城区财政局变更为王立。公司股票自6月26日开市起复牌。
