6月20日，国芳集团（601086）发布公告，实际控制人张春芳将其持有的3218万股进行质押式回购交易展期，原回购交易日为2025年6月19日，现展期至2026年6月18日。
本次展期后，累计质押5818万股，占其所持的41.74%及公司总股本的8.74%。
2025年一季度，国芳集团实现收入2.04亿元，归母净利润1517万元。
