6月13日，银之杰（300085）发布公告，持股5%以上股东何晔因资金需求，于2025年6月9日至2025年6月12日通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份564万股，占公司总股本的0.80%。此次减持后，何晔持股由8979万股减少至8415万股，占总股本的比例由12.71%降至11.91%，触及1%的整数倍。
2025年一季度，银之杰实现收入1.73亿元，归母净利润-2562万元。
