北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）5月28日，中成股份（000151）开盘涨停，开于涨停价15.74元/股。
消息面上，5月27日晚间，中成股份披露重组预案，公司拟通过发行股份的方式向中技进出口购买其持有的中技江苏100%股权，并向不超过35名符合中国证监会规定的特定投资者募集配套资金。
