5月26日，在马来西亚首都吉隆坡举行的第46届东盟峰会通过《东盟共同体愿景2045》并发表“吉隆坡宣言”，为东盟国家未来20年发展提供指导性意见和规划。
东盟于1967年成立，成员国为马来西亚、文来、印度尼西亚、泰国、新加坡、菲律宾、越南、老挝、柬埔寨和缅甸。马来西亚是2025年东盟轮值主席国。（央视新闻）
