5月20日，潍柴动力（000338/02338）发布公告，公司计划回购部分A股股份，回购价格不超过23.57元/股，预计资金总额在5亿元至10亿元之间，同时获得国家开发银行山东省分行9亿元的专项贷款承诺，贷款期限为3年。
2025年一季度，潍柴动力实现收入574.64亿元，归母净利润27.11亿元。
