5月15日，赣锋锂业（002460/01772）发布公告，公司部分董事、高级管理人员拟以货币方式对关联方深圳易储增资合计3080万元，具体如下：
本次增资完成后，深圳易储的注册资本由6亿元增加至6.3亿元。
2025年一季度，赣锋锂业实现收入37.72亿元，归母净利润-3.56亿元。
