5月13日，滨州市滨城区市西街道彩虹湖社区联合民政、残联、团工委，依托“市西青年夜校”平台，正式启动“科技助残赋能基地”和“共富工坊”项目首期培训，以创新举措推动共同富裕战略落地，点亮弱势群体的创业梦想。
