5月12日，七一二（603712）发布公告，控股股东天津智博智能科技发展有限公司解除质押781万股，占其所持股份的2.11%及公司总股本的1.01%。
截至公告披露日，智博科技累计质押1.72亿股，占其持股总数的46.44%及公司总股本的22.28%。
2025年一季度，七一二实现收入2.16亿元，归母净利润-5402万元。
