北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）北交所官网显示，岷山环能高科股份公司（以下简称"岷山环能"）北交所IPO近日提交注册。
据了解，岷山环能是一家集原生资源清洁生产、再生资源回收利用、高新材料制造为一体的资源生产和资源综合利用企业。公司IPO于2023年12月8日获得受理，2024年1月8日进入问询阶段，2025年4月11日上会获得通过。
本次冲击上市，岷山环能拟募集资金约2.95亿元。
