人民财讯4月28日电，美的集团(000333)4月28日晚间公告，公司近日收到中国银行顺德分行（简称“中国银行”）出具的《美的集团股份有限公司股票回购贷款承诺函》，中国银行承诺为公司提供最高不超过10亿元的贷款资金专项用于公司A股股票回购，贷款期限为不超过三年。
