财联社4月16日电，随着美国国债市场大幅波动，上周美国抵押贷款利率创下10月以来最大涨幅，导致购房贷款和再融资申请双双回落。根据美国抵押贷款银行家协会(MBA)周三公布的数据，截至4月11日当周，30年期抵押贷款的合约利率上升20个基点，至6.81%，为2月以来最高水平。可调利率(ARM)和15年期固定抵押贷款利率也同步上行。
