据中证金牛座，4月10日，有消息称，宁德时代获批在香港交易所上市。对此，记者从知情人士处获悉，消息属实，宁德时代通过港股聆讯，获批在香港交易所上市。今年2月，宁德时代在港交所递交招股书，拟在香港主板上市。宁德时代称，港股上市募集的资金将重点用于海外产能扩张、国际业务拓展及境外营运资金补充，为公司长期国际化战略提供资金支持。
