格隆汇4月3日丨天利控股集团(00117.HK)发布公告，于2025年4月3日，东宇阳（作为买方，公司间接全资附属公司）与卖方（作为卖方）订立机器收购协议，据此，东宇阳同意向卖方收购流延机，代价为129万美元。
流延机可将陶瓷浆料加工至第一基膜上，并透过MLCC制造工艺高速乾燥，而收购事项旨在提升集团于东宇阳工厂的产能，扩大现有产品线，并提高MLCC分部的技术能力。
