北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）3月24日，三博脑科（301293）盘中股价下挫，一度跌逾8%。截至北京商报记者发稿，三博脑科报48.88元/股，跌幅为8.09%。
消息面上，三博脑科公告称，持股5%以上股东TBP 3Doctors (HK) Limited计划在公告披露之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内以集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过113.21万股（占剔除公司回购专用账户股份数量后总股本的0.56%）。
