3月17日，芯能科技（603105）发布公告，控股股东和实际控制人之一致行动人正达经编计划自2025年3月5日起12个月内增持公司股份，增持总金额不低于5000万元且不超过1亿元，并已于2025年3月17日首次增持30万股，占公司总股本的0.06%。
2024年前三季度，芯能科技实现收入5.66亿元，归母净利润1.86亿元。
