3月5日，北京君正集成电路股份有限公司（北京君正，300223.SZ)公告，近日，公司收到绍兴韦豪企业管理咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称“绍兴韦豪”）出具的《简式权益变动报告书》。绍兴韦豪于2025年3月4日通过集中竞价交易减持100股，持股比例减少至4.99998%，不再是合计持有公司5%以上股份的股东。
