3月3日，据先锋基金管理有限公司日前公告，2025年2月28日起，龙涌因个人原因离任总经理，暂无转任公司其他工作岗位的说明。3月1日起，张帆接任总经理职位。公告履历显示，张帆曾任新时代证券股份有限公司副总经理、总经理助理、经纪业务管理总部董事总经理；2017年6月至2024年4月，任融通基金管理有限公司总经理。
