据岳阳人大消息：岳阳市人民代表大会常务委员会决定任免名单，决定任命：邵 锋为岳阳市人民政府副市长（挂职一年）；
邵锋长期在中国红十字总会工作，曾担任过训练中心主任、办公室副主任、办公室主任等领导职务。
本次履新前担任中国红十字总会组织宣传部部长。
