2月23日，胖东来创始人于东来宣布，胖东来正式进军河南省会郑州。于东来在社交媒体发文称，“胖东来超市公司决定在郑州开设一个具有艺术特色的超市作品、带动郑州商业更加美好、为郑州增添美丽！”
据了解，胖东来总部位于河南省许昌市，2005年首次外拓，进军新乡市，目前集团仅在许昌、新乡两地拥有十余家门店。
