北京商报讯（记者 李海颜）2月19日，恒生银行发布公告称，在该行董事会任职近11年后，利蕴莲将于5月该⾏举⾏的股东会结束后退任，不再出任独立非执⾏董事及董事长职务，同时不再出任提名委员会主席，以及审核委员会、风险委员会及薪酬委员会的成员，以便有更多时间投入其他事务。
