海东市乐都区人民法院原四级高级法官马元尚涉嫌贪污、受贿罪一案，由海东市乐都区监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。
日前，互助县人民检察院以涉嫌贪污罪、受贿罪依法对马元尚作出逮捕决定。该案正在进一步办理中。
