1月21日晚间，中国神华公告，拟与国家能源集团公司签署《股权转让协议》，收购国家能源集团公司所持有的杭锦能源100%股权。收购对价以经备案的杭锦能源截至评估基准日的股东全部权益评估价值为基础，协商确定为85,264.95万元。
