格隆汇1月16日丨北京控股环境集团(00154.HK)宣布：(1)金立佐已提出辞任公司独立非执行董事，且不再担任公司薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会成员及提名委员会成员；(2)聂永丰已提出辞任公司独立非执行董事；(3)罗胜强已获委任为公司独立非执行董事，并获委任为公司审核委员会委员；及(4)苗莉获委任为公司薪酬委员会主席。上述变动于即日起生效。
