1月8日，香港西九文化区管理局在一份提交给油尖旺区议会房屋及发展规划委员会的咨询文件中介绍，拟议住宅发展计划位处西九文化区中心位置，包括7幢建于三层平台上的住宅大楼，提供多达1995个住宅单位；平台设有零售、餐饮及消闲和附属设施，以及地下三层的综合地库。香港西九文化区管理局计划于2025年第一季度向城规会提交规划许可申请。
