财联社12月20日电，岩山科技公告，公司全资子公司瑞丰智能科技与Xu Lei Holding Limited、Song Xin Yu Holding Limited经友好协商，就收购其持有的Nullmax (Cayman)部分股权事项拟签署《终止协议》，各方一致同意终止收购Xu Lei Holding Limited及Song Xin Yu Holding Limited持有的Nullmax (Cayman)15,084,680股，对应比例为10.88%股权，终止收购对应收购价款为人民币2.67亿元或等值美元。同时，瑞丰BVI与Stonehill Technology Limited及Yanheng Limited拟签署新的《表决权委托协议》，Stonehill Technology Limited、Yanheng Limited拟分别将其另外持有的Nullmax (Cayman)12,636,444股（持股比例9.12%）及2,448,236股（持股比例1.77%）的表决权委托由瑞丰BVI代理行使，因此瑞丰BVI将合计持有50.20%的Nullmax (Cayman)表决权。
