今天（12月19日）上午9点半，备受关注的余华英拐卖儿童案将在贵州省高级人民法院重审二审开庭。据了解，杨妞花等被害人及家属将到庭参加诉讼。
此前的10月25日，贵阳市中级人民法院重审一审宣判，判处余华英死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，余华英提出上诉。
