在刚刚过去的2024年11月，上海楼市：
新房成交量=6815套，创5年同月最高，
二手成交量=22275套，同月虽然比不过2020年11月的2.9万套，但是确是2021年6月以来40个月单月新高。
所以，房地产可能真的是刚需，对买房和投资的都是。
