10月26日，邛崃市教育局对学校校园周边安全隐患进行摸排时发现距离滨江小学校门20米处出现一处空洞，此地是学生放学地点，有学生家长掉落的风险，教育局立即联系文君街道黄坝社区和市综合执法局进行整改。
