北京时间11月1日，游泳世界杯新加坡站（短池）男子100米自由泳预赛，潘展乐以46秒20预赛第一的好成绩，成功晋级今晚的决赛。另外一名中国选手王浩宇游出47秒31，总排名第六，同样顺利晋级决赛。
而陈俊儿游出48秒19，排名第19无缘决赛。
