财联社10月21日电，5年期以上LPR降至3.6%，商业银行房贷利率政策迎来变动。广州地区某国有大行客户经理向记者表示，目前该行贷款利率加减点政策还在讨论过程中，房贷具体政策可能会在明后两天出台。若按照当前LPR-85BP执行房贷利率政策，可能将突破该行“底线”。 (21财经)
