智通财经APP讯，中国卫生集团(00673)发布公告，诚如该等过往公布所披露，Capital Foresight针对公司提起的400万美元贷款票据的申索已于2023年12月20日获法院驳回。诚如末期业绩公布所披露，Capital Foresight 其后就该判决向上诉法庭提出上诉，该项上诉于2024年8月27日聆讯。
于2024年10月18日，上诉法院就Capital Foresight作出的上诉宣判判决，据此公司须支付400万美元(没有应付利息)。
