人之道則不然。

人の道はすなわち然らず、
損不足以奉有餘。
He takes way from those that have not enough in order to make offering to those who already have too much.
足らぎるを損してもつて余りあるに奉ず。
孰能有餘以奉天下？
One there is and one only, so rich that he can afford to make offerings to all under heaven.who is this?
たれかよく余りあるをもつて天下に奉ぜん。

人道但受而不施，故人主以天下奉一己，
皆損百姓之不足，以補一人之有餘
哀寡益多，故民不堪其命
誰能損有餘，以奉天下哉
